Creation:  Male and Female created he them.  Gen.1 vs.26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." vs. 27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."This is an overview of the creation of man.  Greater specifics are given in Genesis 2 as regards the method used by our Lord in his creation of mankind.  Gen. 2 ch.21 "And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; vs. 22 "And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. "Here we clearly see that Adam was created before Eve and that the breath of God was blown into his nostril and he became a living soul.  Gen. 2 vs 8 verifies this. "And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. "  Up to this point in time the man Adam was alone without a helper.  At this point in time he was given instructions by the Lord about his future.  Gen.2 vs.17"But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."Immediately after this verse we see the inclusion of Eve. Gen. 2 vs. 18 "And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."  So, I conclude that woman did not hear the voice of God in his instruction of Genesis 2 vs. 17.  The woman doubted her husbands version of the word given to him by the Lord.  In Genesis 3 the woman is beguiled by the serpent and his lie.  Gen. 3 vs. 1 "Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman,Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"  The woman was uncertain because God had not spoken directly to her.  The serpent knowing this  said unto the woman Gen 3. vs 4 "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: "  This deception was translated unto Adam because Eve did not immediately die.  Is it at this point that disobedience to the Almighty and the corruption of man begins.Gen. 4 vs. 1 "And Adam knew* Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare* Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. "  The first son of creation was destined to die along with his parents Adam and Eve.  Cain is the son of disobedience.  Gen. ch 4 vs 2 " And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. "  In Gen. 3 Cain brought an offering unto the Lord.  In Gen. 4 also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof.  In Gen. 5 we see the refusal of Cain's offering and Cain was very wrought and his continence fell.  At this point in time the Lord opens an eternal way to the disobedient.  Explicit in Genesis ch.4 vs. 7 "If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. "  in Genesis 8 Cain slew his brother Abel and the Lord takes immediate action.  Gen. 4 vs. 11 "And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; "  Further punishment is attributed to Cain Gen. 4.12 "When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth."  The Lord has turned his face from Cain he no longer hides and cares for him.  Cain was distraught as made clear in Gen. 13 and 14.  Cain begins a new civilization in the land of Nod. Gen 4. 16 "And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. "  We know that Cain's punishment from the Lord was everything but his death or extinction.  As a matter a fact he built the first city and named it after his son Enoch.  This is the first mention of Enoch, he is the son of Cain.  The other mention of Enoch in Gen. 5 refers to one of the sons of God of Seth being the son of Jared.  One of his offsprings Lamech is sometimes confused with the Lamech of Gen. 5 vs. 28.  He is the father of Noah.  Here we see the existence of two parallel social existences.  The sons of Cain (disobedience) verses the sons of Seth (appointed).  The Lord has turned his face on Cain but has appointed the sons of Seth as the sons of God.Cain never died. Please share your comment below!
